Here in Lake Geneva, it won’t be long before summer is here and boat rental season will be in full swing. At Power Sports Rental Network, we love nothing more than spending a day out on the water enjoying all that Lake Geneva has to offer. So to help you feel prepared for your time out on the water, we’ve complied some of the important information you should know before you rent a boat.

Boat Rental FAQs

Reservations

To reserve a boat rental from Power Sports Rental Network, you can contact our office or request a reservation online. We provide boat rentals to the entire state, so you can take your rental out on any of our 15,000 lakes! We also offer delivery services, which means we’ll deliver and launch your boat rental so you don’t have to worry about the hard work!

Age Requirements

In Wisconsin, no one under the age of 16 may operate a boat alone, and anyone born in 1989 or after must have a boating safety certificate. Boating safety certificates are obtained by completing a boating safety course accepted by the Wisconsin DNR. You can find more information about age requirements here, or find an accepted boating safety course here.

Cancellation Policy

At Power Sports Rental Network, we do not offer refunds for any cancellations, no matter the circumstances. However, if you cancel your reservation with at least seven days notice, you will receive a credit towards a future jet ski, boat, UTV, or snowmobile rental. This includes cancellations due to adverse weather conditions. Cancellations made within seven days of the reservation will result in forfeit of any payments made toward the reservation.
